Alarm system keeping car from starting

I disconnected all the wires and took out the alarm system what do I have to do to get it to start now

We need a lot more info - example being GMT400/800 platforms have a notorious issue with the PassKey I (400) and II (800) have issues with the resistor pack in the ignition where they do this unless you bypass the resistors or change the ignition coil. Passlock was also used in some as well.
