Why my phone is not vibrating
I've checked all my sound and vibration settings, they are correct what might be the problem?

@vusimastololosince you already checked the software setting etc. it is entirely possible that his is a bad vibrator. Sinc iFixit oes not yet have a specific guide for that use the one from here It is written in Spanish. Use a browser that does the translating for you, if needed. Replacement vibrators are readily available at many online stores.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
