mu 126gb emmc is not being detected by my pc. I've tried putting it in another computer where it shows and loads the OS nicely but when put back in my pc, it's not being detected

If the eMMC works in another computer, the storage is likely fine. Check your BIOS settings, storage controller mode, motherboard compatibility, and any BIOS updates. Also inspect the connector or socket for damage. If the drive isn't detected in BIOS, the issue is probably with the PC rather than the eMMC itself.
