My phone stucked at "AndroidOne" screen

Hello,
When I turned on, it stucked at "androidOne" screen.
I tried to hold the power button for 30s to reboot, but it restarted a lot of times then nothing happened.
I put it to fastboot mode but because it is locked, I can't do anything.
I have an EDL cable, but it doesn't work as well.
Does anyone have any idea other than opening the phone itself and resetting it?
