It depends on if it's a hardware or a software issue!
Ideally, it's just the device being buggy (software issue). Try plugging it into your charger, and then, per Fitbit's instructions, press the charger’s button 3 times within 8 seconds. Wait 10 seconds. You may need to charge the device some first, especially if nothing happens when you follow those steps or if it doesn't sync in the app.
If that doesn't work, let me know:
- When you plug it in, does it vibrate at all?
- In the Fitbit/Google Health app, does it sync and show battery charge?
I'm having a similar issue with my Charge 6's battery, and unfortunately if it's an issue with the Fitbit itself these devices are unfortunately very difficult to repair. Let's hope it's not a hardware issue!
