My phone screen is apart from my phone it can make sound but screen is off...so do I have to change the screen or it can be fixed at home?

It sounds as though your screen's flex cable has been damaged when the screen came off.
Your question asks if you have to change the screen, or if you can fix it at home, but they're really the same thing; yes, you will have to replace the screen, but also, yes, you can do it at home. A quick check online tells me the screen is quite inexpensive as far as phone displays go, so all you need is the knowledge (and maybe a few tools) to do the job yourself. I didn't find any written, iFixit-style guides to that repair, but there are several YouTube videos showing you how. This is the first one I came across, and after viewing it, I found it is complete and correct so I can recommend it.
