digital display is no longer working, can not read time, set temperatures or any other settings

Here's the service manual.
Go to p.54 in the manual and follow the No Display troubleshooting flowchart and see how if you find the problem.
If it LED display needs replacing search online for DG07-01018A to find suppliers that suit you best.
