@bonganindimande that would require you to do a factory reset. Please remember that a factory reset will completely erase all data from your phone. That includes photos, contacts, messages, and downloaded apps. Also you will need the exact Google Account username/email and password that was used when the phone was originally setup. If you don't have that, the FRP will not let you access your phone.

Start off by shutting down your phone. Press and hold down the Volume Down and Power/Side buttons simultaneously. Keep holding them until the screen goes completely black (roughly 7 to 10 seconds), indicating the device has shut down.

At the exact time your screen turns black, release the Volume Down button and immediately press and hold the Volume Up button instead. Continue to hold down the Power button.

Keep holding both buttons. When the Samsung Galaxy logo appears, letgo off the Power button but continue to hold the Volume Up button until the black Android Recovery system screen loads.

Use the Volume Down button to scroll down the menu until Wipe data/factory reset is highlighted. Press the Power button to select. On the next screen, use Volume Down to highlight Factory data reset and confirm by pressing the Power button.

Once the data reset is complete the menu will highlight "Reboot system now". Press the Power button once more. The phone will perform a clean boot cycle which will take a few minutes to complete.
