If you mean you want to remove some Apps here's an article that may help.
If you mean downloaded files etc, open the Google Files app and use it to find what file you want to delete or connect the phone to a computer via the USB cable and then use the computer's Explorer (Windows) or Finder (MacOS) program and find the phone and then the files you want to delete
You can't delete system Apps and files without compromising the operation of the phone.
