Making noise while filling up with water?
My washer has a loud continuous noise while filling up with water, but no agitation or washing is happening.

The only thing operating would be the water valve. They can make noise (sounds like something vibrating at 60Hz) if something is loose internally or maybe the mount is loose. Tightening it up or replacing it should solve the problem. If it is not that type of sound, then u need to describe it.

What is the exact model number for your washer? So it is filling but not agitating? What kind of noise and where do you hear it loudest?
