Bumper out of place
My front bumper is off the clips and when I push it it won’t stay in place.

Looks like it has been scraped or hit? Could be that the clips are missing and or the plastics connecting to the clips are also damaged or broken. For a money saving effort/or temporary fix you could get a rivet pop nail gun. Plastic rivets. Take the wheel off, use jack stands for safety, let someone hold the plastic fender in place, drill one hole first thru both L shaped connection parts of the fender and spoiler on the inside, use the rivet gun to install the plastic nail in the hole and repeat by adding a few more.
