My Bluetooth is not working

My Bluetooth is not working. It switches on but doesn't connect to any Bluetooth device. Drivers appear to be working properly

Does the laptop's WiFi detect, connect and maintain a stable connection when connected to a WiFi network?

Asking because the WiFi and the BT use the same antenna.

If the WiFi also doesn't work, try holding the BT device as close as possible to the laptop above the memory/wireless card cover on the base of the laptop i.e. <10cm and check if the BT detects and pairs with the BT device.

If it does then check if the two antenna cables are securely connected to the wireless card. See p.40 (48 of 117 pdf) of the maintenance and service guide to view how to remove the cover exposing the memory and the wireless card
