The earphone hinges are broken

Hello,

I now have my headset for about 4 years and past summer the right hinge connecting the ear piece and head piece broke off. It just snapped in half i think but i can't get a clear look inside and i don't know if it is possible to fix this part. In the meantime i have bought a new headset but this one was still working perfectly so i want to know if its salvageble.
