Often there is a reason the TV is offering up a keyboard on the screen, if not the remote has a stuck key.
If the TV offers power and channel controls directly after turning off the TV pull the batteries from the remote wait a few minutes for the stored energy has dissipated from the remote, now turn on the TV from its controls is the keyboard still present? If not the remote need to be fixed or replaced.
If it's still present carefully study the screen to figure out the context on why it's present.
