If your TOZO-NC2 earbuds are not charging in the case, the most likely cause is dirty charging contacts preventing a connection or a drained case battery. Clean the metal contact points on both the earbuds and inside the case with a cotton swab and, if needed, some rubbing alcohol to restore charging.
