The Samsung Note10 Lite screen is showing gradually color blocks starting from the left edge, and the area where they first appear is hotter. What could be the reason for this?

@harmanttanlin that is a damaged display. You will need to replace it. There is no other fix for it.
Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that use the video from here Replacement displays are readily available.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
