If blower fan speeds are working, there's a possibility of wear and tear from leaks releasing refrigerant over time. The best way to determine if a leak occurred and following up with repairs, is using dye along with r134a. Greenish yellow dye circulating in a system will leak out with invisible refrigerant and oil. Dye and oil mark where leaks occur. An inexpensive uv blacklight makes dye glow under darkness, Do not use sealer otherwise contaminating a system may create problems. Repair shops may refuse to repair systems with sealer contaminating their equipment. Ac repairs are not diy friendly unless having more than casual knowledge of refrigeration, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repairs, and using ac equipment.
