@soumyapriya2272 what exact year and what exact engine size is your Citroen? This could be caused by a bad injector or bad wiring. Check the injector first by testing the injector resistance. Use a multimeter to check the resistance of the Cylinder 2 injector pins. Since we do not know which engine you have, we need to go with the general resistancef or most Citroën engines. A good injector should read between 0.5Ω and 2.0Ω or between 12Ω and 16Ω depending on the engine model. If it reads "OL" (Open Loop) or deviates to wide, the injector is shorted and needs to be replaced.

Of course, you could also just swap the injector with another one on your engine and then check and see if you now get a code for that cylinder. If so, you know immediately it is your injector that is shorted out.
