@satnamsing33366 most commonly this is caused by a bad power button flex cable. since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that use something like this video for that. Now, if it is the physical button use this video
Of course, there is always the possibility that this is a board error but that will depend on what happens after you replace the power flex cable
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
