Icemaker works manually, but not automatically

My Costway 3 in 1 countertop water dispenser/ ice maker is not working. If I manually operate the lever/ switches, I can make it go through the cycle. But it will not work automatically.

Is there a troubleshooting process you would recommend?I haven’t found the schematics or in depth troubleshooting information online.

Could the sensor be incorrectly saying the ice is full which turns off the ice maker .

There are 2 wires going to the sensor. What position should the wires be in when the ice maker is on?
