laptop will not turn on

One day my laptop worked I shut it down for an update, now my laptop will not even turn on. How do I go about uninstalling the last update to see if that indeed is the problem?

Does your laptop have any lights coming on? Could try below if you have not already?

  • Unplug the power charger and disconnect any USB devices, mice, or external monitors.
  • Press and hold the Power button for 40 to 60 seconds uninterrupted (ignore any flashing lights).
  • Plug the charger back in and press the Power button normally
  • While the laptop is on (or during boot), press: Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B.Your screen will flicker, and you will hear a beep as Windows attempts to reset and wake the graphics driver.
  • Try plugging external monitor/TV into hdmi port see if you can get a external image
