If the right side of your headphones have stopped working, don’t panic straight away, it’s not always a blown speaker. A lot of the time it comes down to either a weird software setting, the headset bugging out after an update, or the firmware needing a reset.
The first thing worth checking is the audio balance on whatever you’re using the headset with. On PC especially, Windows can sometimes randomly shift audio more to one side after an update or driver change. Go into your sound settings, open the headset properties, and make sure the left and right channels are both set to the same level. If you’re on Xbox or PlayStation, check the game/chat mix as well because that can occasionally cause odd audio behaviour too.
If everything looks normal there, try hard resetting the headset. With the headset powered on, hold the Mode button and the Bluetooth button together for about 10–15 seconds until the light switches off. Turn it back on afterwards and test it again. That fixes more issues than people expect.
Another thing that can cause this is corrupted firmware. Reinstalling the latest version of Turtle Beach Audio Hub and forcing the headset into recovery mode can sometimes bring the dead side back. The easiest way is to connect the USB cable to your PC first, keep the headset switched off, then hold the Superhuman Hearing button while plugging the cable into the headset. If the software detects it properly, it should offer a firmware restore or update.
If none of that changes anything, test the headset on another device entirely, ideally through Bluetooth to a phone or laptop. If the right side is still completely dead no matter what device you use, it’s probably a hardware issue rather than software. The cable running through the headband into the right earcup is a known weak point on a lot of headsets, and if that wire breaks or comes loose internally, one side will stop working altogether.

I just want to add, if you are too look at internals for potential broken wiring, then you can follow this teardown to open the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro headset.
You can also check out this guide for how to solder loose headset cables (similar headset), if that becomes relevant.
Good luck,
Cheers
