My phone is not charging

What have you tried so far? You've verified your charger and cord both work, either by testing them on another phone or trying different ones, right? You've restarted the phone and cleaned the charging port too, correct? And naturally you've already examined the charging port itself with a magnifying glass checking for any damaged or broken pins as well.

You haven't given us a lot to work with here; we could really use a better description of the problem, but I'm going on the assumption that the phone isn't giving you any indication that it is charging when you plug in the cord. If that's incorrect, be sure to let us know as the diagnosis will differ if it's more a case where the phone won't hold a charge rather than failing to charge.

All that being said, the first thing to do is replace the charging port. That's the single part on the phone that gets the most mechanical use and it's not at all uncommon for them to wear out or get damaged. Unfortunately, iFixit is light on guides for your phone, but the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina has just what you need. As you might guess, the site is in Spanish, but if you use it with a browser like Chrome that does translation, it is quite usable and their guides are well written.
