My dishwasher starts and runs but at the end of the cycle the detergent (tried liquid and detergent pack) is pooled at the bottom of the dishwasher. It looks like the dispenser isn't opening during the cycle. I've confirmed the dispenser opens and isn't sticking shut and that nothing is blocking it from opening. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

Couldn't find the service data sheet for the dishwasher online (p/n A17893901) but found a blurry wiring diagram image which may help.
Looks like it could be a faulty dispenser unit, faulty wiring between the control board and the dispenser or a control board problem.
Here's a video that shows how to replace the dispenser so that you can check the wiring for continuity between the dispenser and the control board or to replace the dispenser.
