You are going to have to give us more information. What exactly do you mean by "serviced"? If you need some sort of repair, we need to know the year and model of your Skoda and what's wrong with it.
Otherwise, if you want to know what is done for periodic factory services, they vary depending on the mileage; different services are performed at various mileage targets such as, for instance, a 25,000 mile service, 40,000 miles, 60,000, etc., so we'd need to know which service interval you're interested in. The amount of miles on your car would typically determine what the next service should be and what would be involved with it.
