@gursharanbrar if you are referring to the headlight lens cover then yes, you can, BUT it s not easy and success for the DIY 'er is very slim. In essence, you will have to remove your headlight assembly, then heat the edges around the lens to soften the adhesive. Once it is hot enough to loosen teh adhesive you will need to pry the old lens covers off. Use a scraper and adhesive remover, like isopropyl alcohol etc. to clean off all of the old adhesive. Next, you would apply new butyl rubber sealant and clamp the new lens on pry off the old cover, remove old adhesive, apply new sealant (butyl rubber), and clamp the new lens on. Now let it dry an reinstall your headlights. Hardest part is to remove the old lens without damaging things and and to get a properly seal on the new lens.

Since iFixit does not yet have guide or the headlight removal use something like this video for that.

While you work on your Toyota, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same issues with their Camry. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
