How do you enable the rcs charts
When have run out of talk time, I'm an enable to use my rcs chats to send sms using my data bundle

RCS uses mobile data or wifi depending which one you are connected with.
to enable it you have to use google messages as your default messaging app, within the app go to settings, click on rcs chats and enable it.
It wil take a moment to verify your number.
please not that the other person you are going to text also needs this turned on or else it won't send.
