My laptop got pink screen

Before this happened, I accidentally fell asleep while my laptop was still on. I've checked the color settings in the settings, I've also removed the display cable and reattached it, but there's no change at all.Can I fix this problem without taking it to a service center? I don't have the budget to repair my laptop.
