My laptop is not turning on. Whenever I try to turn it on, the screen stays black. The Caps Lock light keeps blinking, and the fan is running, but the screen remains black.

According to your shared details. It might be a issue of hardware POST failure or RAM issue.

Sounds like it's booting but not booting up correctly. Try a hard reset (hold power button ~10-15 sec) then power back on. Also try connecting to an external monitor, if that works it could be a screen issue, if not maybe RAM or motherboard.
