Hi,
I am writing to report that the fingerprint sensor is currently not functioning. Based on an initial assessment, the issue is likely caused by a loose connection or displacement of the Reseat connecting the sensor to the motherboard.
The device may need to be opened carefully to reseat the cable and ensure it is securely connected to restore full functionality.
