Hi @marknewman77522

Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the memory in the laptop.

According to the manufacturer's specifications the memory is hard mounted (soldered) onto the systemboard and there are no memory slots to install any more memory modules. Your stuck with what is already installed in the laptop
