Does the image look OK when you plug in an external display? There is a port inside the memory card slot. If it is clean then the issue is within the display it's self which will require a new one

If the photo file is fine when opened on a PC, the problem is clearly with your LCD. Replacement is needed. You can find spare parts online. Here's a video link for a Canon 1100D repair: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEjK37jv... It's probably not much different from the EOS 5D.
