No Display but fans are spinning.

I have a Gigabyte Rx560 Single fan when I connect it it doesnt display but the fans are spinning

What have you tried so far to fix it? Have you checked to make sure it's not something simple, like the cable you're using to connect to you monitor?

It has no pcie connector , every cable is functioning and okay, I already did refreshing it ,still no display
