@bpriteshko56801 you will need to start of with replacing the battery. Use the Lenovo Ideapad 110 14 15 Series Hardware Maintenance Manual to work on that. Page 35 in this manual show you how to replace the battery.
Once you have done that, re-evaluate your computers charging situation. Let us know what you find out.
