my keyboard ligts dont work at all what might be the problem

Have you tried the key combination that turns on the light?
Fn +F5 or F9 or something else.

Fn+f5 or f9 or not work
Have triedbro and still doesn't work
Keyboard light are few day ago automatic on and off but present time are off fully time
