The printer is failing to print

whenever I need a printout it always says eror with with the printer

Hi, @agastyaabh96343 I gotchu.

Try unplugging it, leaving it for 1 minute then plugging it in again

  • Check Power Supply 🔌
    Make sure the printer is turned ON and properly connected to the power source.
  • Check Printer Connection 🔗
    Ensure the printer is correctly connected to the computer via USB cable or Wi-Fi network.
  • Check Paper Availability 📄
    Confirm that paper is loaded properly in the paper tray and not jammed.
  • Check Ink or Toner Levels 🖋️
    Replace or refill the ink/toner cartridge if it is empty or low.
  • Check for Paper Jam 🚫📄
    Open the printer and remove any jammed paper carefully.
  • Restart Printer and Computer 🔄
    Turn off both devices, wait a few seconds, then turn them back on.
  • Set Printer as Default ⚙️
    Make sure the correct printer is selected as the default printer on the computer.
  • Update or Reinstall Printer Driver 💻
    Install the correct printer driver if the printer is not responding.

Sounds like a general driver/connection issue, try a printer and PC reboot, clear print queue and reinstall the driver.
