Im stuck on the frp screen

I have my old old phone from like a good 8 years ago and now i wanted to try and reuse it and when i turned it on i think my dad tryed to factory reset it since i had done something and now it wants one of the google accounts from the phone to verify but we dont remember them and we dont know , is there a way to bypass or maybe get past maybe
