There really isn't much information in your post to be able to help you. Like when did it start, what were you doing right before it happend so on and so on.
One of the most common Virus people get on their phone is from an application they downloaded like phone cleaners, flashlight apps, PDF viewers.
the first thing i would recommend if it is infact the issue is to uninstall EVERY app you dont NEED.
