Screen has horizontal line

Lines on the screen mostly imply the screen has been damaged by something dropped or pushed onto it or it was in its self dropped. Most displays venders don't offer parts so replacing the display panel with the OEM part is not likely, you might be able to locate independently a compatible part the cost maybe more that buy a new display sadly.
