Hi, @boombabyy I gotchu.
The battery might be swollen. Replace the battery before it catches on fire (please take it to a local repair shop)
Use a YouTube video to help you, and search online for an Oppo Phone Battery. While you are fixing, start a new guide on iFixit. How to start a new guide

@boombabyy sounds like your battery is getting worn out. Time to replace it. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video for that. Batteries are readily available at many online stores.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same issue with their phone. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
