How to fromat my phone

@umwamiking backup your phone before doing anything else. You can then either delete Apps and files you no longer use or you can do a factory reset. A factory reset will delete all of your files. That includes pictures, music, SMS, contacts, etc. You will also need your original email and password that you used when you first setup your phone. Otherwise it won't let you access it after a reset.

• Turn off the phone,
• Hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously.
• When the LG logo appears, release the Power button, not the Volume Down button then immediately press the power button again while still holding Volume Down.
• Use Volume Down key to select "Yes" in the menu to erase all data.
