A section in the instrument panel
The instrument panel, including speedometer, fuel tank gauge, and dashboard lights, is completely off.

Possibly your dimmer rolling switch is turned all the way down? Try turning up please.
Then if still issues, can you please post a photo or image and detail more and include which specific year and package yours is? Possibly you need to replace the Dash Combo Meter; which if you own a 2004-2005, there is a way to use 2006-2009 Dash Combo Meter. Maybe a calibration is required or something other.
If doing the Dash Combo Meter replacement, one typically desolders the TPMS LED due to the 2004-2005 not having that sensor receiver. Also, there are companies that learned how to hack the EPROM and can adjust the mileage ODO to be accurate to your specific car where the 2006-2009 ODO do actually go past 299,999 miles as the 2004-2005 do not.
