How do I even fix the heating problem?

So i have a launch day switch 2, and i use it for content creation/streaming, but i have been noticing lately that my switch 2 when left alone in the dock for a 1 hour stream of splatoon 3, with the boost mode off, i can feel the console screen itself feeling hot. Does anyone else have a solution? I'm also new to this type of community.
Not sure what i need for fixing this thing by myself with what replacement parts. I'm so new to tech repairs by myself.

Hi!

If you still have warranty on it, then simply return it and get yourself a new one.

If not, then I would open it and get rid of all the dust. After this, replace the thermal paste and compound with new one.
