Is it overcharging or overpowering?

Recently replaced swollen battery and again after 2 weeks new battery got swollen again causing phone to die at 50% battery. Replace a new battery again today, what could be the possible solution here?

Options

Have you tried using a different charger? Also, some battery replacements are TERRIBLE quality, so make sure to get a good one.
