Can you hear if the fan is operating or feel the air being blown out of the vent when the laptop is turned on?
Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.
Go to p.90 (98 of 163 pdf) in the manual to view the procedure to remove the fan. This will allow you to check if it is operating or perhaps it may just need to be cleaned - dust?
If the fan is faulty search online for 641839-001 to find suppliers that suit you best.
