Fan not operating on Bella trizone

Bella pro trizone

This air fryer model has two compartments. The left side fan doesn’t turn on. Any idea what the likely fix is? I hate to tear apart if it’s a part I can’t replace anyway. Do I remove bottom screws or does top come off?
