Bright Green Light - Dim Orange Light

I have a couple of MagSafe II chargers where the green Light is nice and bright (Normal) but the orange light is quite dim. The pins are clean on both the connectors, other chargers on the same units display normal bright lights. Both are original apple chargers, and all the batteries are as new with 100% capacity and very low cycles. Nothing is getting hot, all are charging fine. The chargers are all in great condition, clean wires, and appear not to be very old I have never noticed this on any aftermarket part. s this just a fading LED or is the charger concerned on its way out?

Answer this question I have this problem too

The sense logic within the logic board is leaking current. There is two resistors which feed the comparator logic than need to be checked as well as the two capacitors.

I tested the charger by charging batteries on other units and it is dim on them all, where as other chargers I tested display a normal bright orange light. I will bring it back out tomorrow and check it with CB and compare the results with another charger.
