Help I cannot reset my laptop I cannot boot the recovery screen! Need help asap! Just keeps on restarting and saying that I need to restart it needs repair critical process died. Pls

The problem could be with the CPU or the hard drive. You could try reinstalling the system using a USB drive to see if that works.

Your laptop has a serious error and keeps restarting. Try turning it off, then press F8 or F11 to enter recovery. If that doesn’t work, use a Windows USB to repair or reset it. It could also be a hardware problem.
