Why is oil mixing with water in the radiator water reservoir tank?

@augustineaduge the most common issues for that are:
- blown head gasket
- cracked engine block
- intake manifold gasket leak
- cracked engine oil cooler
you did not tell us what you have already checked or if anything happened to your MB just prior to this. At minimum I would suggest a compression test as well as a Cylinder Leak-Down Test which will be the most diagnostic test.
