My laptop does not connect to the wifi from my phone through hotspot

What is the make and model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
Does the laptop WiFi detect the phone hotspot OK but not connect to it to doesn't it detect it at all?
Have you proved that the phone's WiFi is working OK?
